A resource to explore
Your strengths notebook
Notice strengths you may overlook, gather everyday examples and choose something to practise in a free interactive notebook.
About this resource
Your strengths notebook invites you to look for qualities and abilities in everyday experiences. It gives space to collect specific examples, including strengths that feel easy to overlook. This is a reflection exercise, rather than a formal psychological assessment.
How to use this resource
- Start with an everyday situation you managed or contributed to.
- Notice what you did and which strengths it might show.
- Collect examples in the notebook and choose something you would like to practise.
An everyday example
Checking in on a friend might show care, reliability or attentiveness. Looking at what you actually did can make a strength easier to recognise.
For reflection and learning. These resources complement individual support and are not a diagnosis or a replacement for therapy.
