A resource to explore
Your journal
Use a free online reflection journal to check in, write about what is on your mind and return to your reflections.
About this resource
Your journal offers space to pause and put an experience into words. You do not need to write every day or produce a complete account. A few lines about what you noticed can be enough. Use the journal’s own save and download controls to keep the reflections you want.
How to use this resource
- Choose something you would like to check in with today.
- Write about what happened, how you felt or what you need.
- Finish when you have written enough for now; you can return another time.
An everyday example
You might write: “Today felt demanding. I noticed I kept pushing through. Tomorrow I’d like to leave a little space between tasks.”
